Constance has been about constructing long-term relationships. She's an advocate for teaching consumers and developing their investment skills. Starting out as a homebuyer, an agent, then a Broker, Constance has firsthand knowledge in what is necessary to help buyers obtain the American Dream.

She vows to become a mirror image of this community to ensure her concept of advocacy could succeed. Her team of Real Estate professionals will be as diverse as the community they serve.

She established several workshops and programs which have been effective in helping & broadcasting consumers through the challenging procedure of homeownership. She established that the Home Repurchase Program® that takes both distressed and former homeowners, and sets them on a thorough strategy to getting homeowners again with minimal unfavorable credit impact. Individuals with credit is a passion of hers. So she acquired the “Credit Party” in which she educates small classes on credit health within the comfort of their own houses. In addition, her workplace hosts different community workshops in areas all over northern California.

She began in Real Estate 2002 in which she promptly established her new among the Top Producers in the Central Valley. In doing this, she continued to align herself with programs that made homeownership possible for new and move-up buyers. With this understanding and experience behind her, then she also became a Broker in 2006. In 2010 Catalyst Real Estate Professionals opened. A Real Estate Company that always ranked among property firms in Stockton in the Top 10.

She has recently expanded her operations to Catalyst Commercial, situated in downtown Stockton; CFS Mortgage Group, also Catalyst Real Estate Professionals in Elk Grove, CA.
