I grew up in west Tennessee one hour north of Graceland (house of Elvis) and twenty five minutes in Nutbush (birthplace of Tina Turner). I have been editor, a reporter, photographer and door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman. I attempt to educate my three kids to behave like they've been to town, write in the morning prior to six and now live in a Wisconsin town famed for trolls. I am the author of this Eddie LaCrosse high fantasy/hardboiled mysteries ("The Sword-Edged Blonde," "Burn Me Deadly," "Dark Jenny," "Wake of the Bloody Angel" and "He Drank, and also Saw the Spider"), two books about vampires at 1975 Memphis ("Blood Groove" and "The Girls using Games of Blood"), the Tufa novels ("The Hum along with the Shiver," "Wisp of a Thing," and the forthcoming "Long Black Wives") along with also the "Firefly Witch" brief narrative ebook chapbooks.
