I grew-up studying everything I could get my hands on from the Harlequin romances of my mom . When I was not flipping pages at a library book, I was penning dreadful poems, composing songs nobody should sing, or drafting stories, which have thankfully been ruined. College along with a stint at the U.S. Army arrived together, alerting me of free moment to read and write, though on the odd occasion I did manage to sneak a book into my rucksack between wrapped up socks, MRIs, t-shirts, and cold weather equipment. I obtained my law degree and went back to college, after living the army experience. I jumped ship and joined the hubby from the Netherlands before the graduation ceremony could even start. A couple of years in my careerfed up, and just done. I quit my job and sat down to write a manuscript, which I immediately hid in the attic after returning to law. But being an attorney really wasn’t my thing, so I stop (again!) And went to begin a B&B. Being a B&B proprietor wasn’t my thing. I polished off that manuscript languishing at the loft before after the husband to Istanbul where I made a decision to give the entire writer-thing a go. But ten years has been too many to avoid adopted house. I packed up and transferred to The Hague where I’m working on my second book. I hope that that I’ll be working on my book.
