He holds a MBA degree in the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU and is an adjunct professor in the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development in NYU. His latest publication is a comprehensive kit for your wine tasting bunch. He's an honorary member of the International Order of Disciples of Escoffier.
