Dan Shapiro is the CEO of both Glowforge, the 3D laser printer and crowdfunding campaign in history. Previously, the boardgame was established by Dan a game that teaches preschoolers programming principles, with Robot Turtles in Kickstarter history. As CEO of Google Comparison, Inc, a subsidiary that works comparison shopping products, Dan spent two decades before his detour for a boardgame designer. Shapiro landed at Google whenever they bought his previous business, comparison shopping website Sparkbuy; his introduction company was Photobucket Inc. (previously Ontela).

Dan's been featured on NPR, the Wall Street Journal, also on the front page of the New York Times. His match, Robot Turtles, can be bought to MOMA into Target from Amazon. He's Techstars, 500 Startups and a mentor for the Founder's Institute. He's been given a fortunate thirteen patents, also obtained his B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. He lives in Seattle with his wife and grandparents.
