Darrin W. Snyder Belousek

Darrin W. Snyder Belousek is currently Lecturer in Philosophy and Religion in Ohio Northern University. He's taught previously at various church-related schools: Bluffton University, Louisburg College, Bethel College, Lithuania Christian College, Goshen College, and St. Mary's College. He received his Ph.D. in the University of Notre Dame and also has researched at Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary. He's published several articles, both popular and scholarly, in diverse fields: social justice, theology, consistent ethic of life, peace and war, economics and ethics, science and faith, and philosophy of science. His writing about the ethical dimension of the crisis was honored with the Templeton Enterprise Award at Humane Economics in 2011. He has also served the church for seven years in teaching assignments and voluntary service also has been active in ecumenical relations, now serving as director of Bridgefolk. He lives in Lima, OH.
