It's been 29 years since I transitioned from being a sugar-holic to wellness advocate. God instilled within me a passion for natural health and the prevention of disease.

In the time of my transition, I was 20 pounds overweight, higher cholesterol, and on my approach to developing unwanted diseases. However, all that flipped itself and I have lived in great health ever since. I moved down for my high school weight and have stayed for 29 years in shedding those 20 pounds.

God has provided that the body the amazing ability to stop and heal disease given the appropriate conditions. God wants you whole and healthy, and to live your life with energy and vitality!
