D.W. Roach is a former U.S. Marine and current Physical Safety Professional with experience spanning the world serving many Fortune 500 Firms.

His personal interests include fishing, shooting, golfing, the outdoors, BBQ’s and Military History. He currently resides in the Bay Area with his wife and kids.

“I decided to write a novel for quite a few reasons, and in the end, it had been to the love of the story. Like I put words to paper that the characters came to life because of me personally. I recall at one point going to bed and all I could dream about was that the experiences the main characters were going on. It became exciting and quite real.

In many ways I incorporated much of my own life experiences to the books I write. I wished to convey what it was like for the warrior, the man on the floor, fighting nature together with the odds stacked against him. Additionally, I wished to show readers and fans of Aztec mythology something they haven't seen before.

I trust you like the Marauder Series as much as I liked writing it! ”
