David Hill was created in the USA in 1970. David started cooking as a kid at his mum's side. She was a chef in the Los Angeles city and at two years of age, David started his formal training along with her psychologist. As a young chef, he also worked in some of the greatest restaurants of Los Angeles. At the age of 24,David chose the help of a friend and abandoned a city.
David arrived at New York in 1994 and quite quickly garnered the interest of elite as a chef and eventually his proprietor restaurant. His energetic personality and culinary genius that bridged invention and tradition compelled a magnet for the rich and famous, because the star attraction together with David. He had an understanding of the potential for New York cuisine and has been pivotal in its growth to national attention.
