The Experiential Approach is the first in a set of publications made to boost life experiences and thought philosophies that were inspirational.

My urge was to connect in a comfortable and passionate way whilst encouraging the reader to consider alternative means of producing meaningful, positive changes in behaviors and thought processes.

The Mindfulness Approach is the next in a series of books created to assist the reader with creating physical changes in their own health by using the ability of their thoughts. Meditation techniques and Mindfulness are explored, giving the reader with sufficient information to proceed in their course toward health and healing.

I also wrote this novel based on my own experiences. Having suffered with a serious situation of Ulcerative Colitis, a disease of the colon, I experienced a joy plus a full remission and zeal for life. My total recovery has been a result of my introduction to and practice of mindfulness and meditation. It's changed my life in profound ways and I need those who suffer with anxiety or stress related illnesses to discover their way to healthy states of being.

The last book in this series, The Threshold Approach, is being written at present. The connection that is mind-spirit concerns and delves into much deeper aspects of our being. This book will share ways of crossing the threshold of consciousness with the whole world we dwell in into more purposeful states of coexistence and spirituality.
