I became fascinated with words and books from an young age, demonstrated by the simple fact that I ate a page from this World Book Encyclopedia at the tender age of 5 when I became so frustrated at my inability. My mother supported my desire. I devoured not just the encyclopedia but many other tomes. I wrote and illustrated my original “publication” in age 7 or 2, complete with a cardboard cover which I decorated with white and yellow contact paper (I still keep in mind that book!) .

My other fires from an early age were animals and nature. I worked for a business that published veterinary journals after deciding from a career in teaching. That morphed into covering medical conventions for animals.

Afterward I started out in my. Now, with thousands of posts and over 50 novels bearing my name (and several as a ghost), the journey continues. I enjoy the quest for answers to burning questions. Some topics I love to research and write about are the wellbeing and well-being of the world, animals, and individuals and we all could take responsibility for preserving and honoring them. To achieve that goal, we will need to be educated, aware, and aware. I hope in some way to contribute to that effort.
