Don's own story is one of learning how to take charge of his gift. He had been the very first at his family's background and he earned a BA magna cum laude. Don developed management approaches to implement a federal housing program and was a legislative assistant at the US Senate. He earned an MBA and JD from Stanford University and joined McKinsey & Company, where he directed business and strategy projects for government agencies, corporations, and nonprofits earlier following his entrepreneurial ambitions.
