I produce beer. I am a homebrewer. I'm somewhat obsessive. I am also a monthly columnist for BeerAdvocate that the Magazine and a regular contributor to both publications as well as Zymurgy.
What sort of beer do I create? Is each beer a thing? Everything from your American lager to the most heavy booze stuffed Imperial Stouts. I'll do it, if it ferments. Cider, Sake, Wine, Kombucha, etc.. But what I'm known for is the creations like Champagne Beer, Guacamole Beer along with the Clam Chowder Saison that is dreaded. And a lot Lots of them, of Saisons.
