Dr. Joshua Eldridge started working together with gymnasts in 2010 during a visit to his spouse’s gym. Among those coaches asked if he can test one of the gymnasts that were wounded. With the help of Jenn Sonneveldt out of his wife Sara and Sky Valley Gymnastics, the head trainer at the health club, they created a program for working into their fitness center straight with athletes. Dr. Eldridge currently travels the country giving clinics on nutrition, raising health care performance, injury prevention, injury care, and recording technique.

Dr. Eldridge is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He earned this post-doctoral certificate after passing an extensive practical and written examination, completing 300 post-doctoral schooling hours sports medicine, over 200 on-field functional hours, along with also a peer reviewed paper. This board certificate is a Additional improvement from the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician he made in 2007 through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

He has assembled a protocol that's key in eliminating Sever’ disorder and returning athletes into the fitness center. Dr. Eldridge’s protocol was first released by the ACBSP and introduced in The Olympic Training Center in 2013.
