Elaine A. Moore
Produced in 1948 at Toledo, Ohio, Elaine Moore has 5 brothers, including her brother Bob. Elaine graduated from the University of Toledo with B.S. in Medical Technology. She attended graduate school at the University of Colorado before moving to Idaho.
Elaine worked at clinical labs in Colorado, Idaho, and Ohio for more than 35 years. Elaine primarily functioned from the Toxicology department, where she functioned for a NIDA lab as a certifying official and developed several procedures.
