Erin Gleeson is your New York Times best-selling author of this Forest Feast, a vegetarian cookbook according to her site of the exact same name, www.theforestfeast.com. Erin was employed as a food photographer in nyc for several years before going into a cabin in the woods near San Francisco at 2011 that prompted books and her website. Even the Forest Feast is a book mix, featuring simple vegetable based. Hand-lettering, watercolor illustration and Erin's own photography direct you through the actions to make each and every dish. The Forest Feast noterie line premiered in 2015 with stationery items like books and artwork prints (available on Amazon), including Erin's watercolors and photography. An adapted variant of her very first book, the Forest Feast for Kids, came out in February 2016, '' the Forest Feast Gatherings, and entertaining book with recipes, will soon be released at September 2016. Erin also teaches photography at the college level and functions as illustrator and a food photographer.
