Esther Cameron (1959 - ) is an Edinburgh, Scotland born author and consultant working in the field of organisational change. She's written three highly readable management novels: Facilitation Made Easy, Making Sense of Change Management and Making Sense of Direction - the last two of which happen to be co-authored together with her colleague and great friend Mike Green.
Informed by 20 decades of consulting expertise, along with a 10 year relationship with University of Bristol as a visiting tutor, her writing is evidenced by an accessible simplicity that brings complex theories to a larger audience through examples and description. Esther is Director of the newly launched, advanced consultancy Integral Change - visit their site at www.integralchange.co.uk - and also retains her time catalysing healthy, sustainable change throughout joined-up, nominal interventions, as a response to those testing times.
