Amy writes novels about Yoga which are available, educational, and fun to see. She started studying mysticism at high school, made a B.A. in Religious Studies and Psychology, along with an M.A. in Sustainable Communities. Then anxiety hit, hard. After a couple of years dropped to fear, anxiety, and obsession, Amy found that the bodily methods of Yoga can help her balance her nervous system and stem the tide of disruptive worry. Now, she is an E-RYT 200, meaning she is an expert registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and has taught more than 1000 hours after earning her 200 hour certificate. She also completed an 800 hour certification in the History, Philosophy, and Literature of Yoga from Traditional Yoga Studies. Amy lives in Tucson, Arizona where she leads asana and philosophy classes at Modern Mystic Yoga Academy and teaches Yoga Philosophy for assorted teacher training colleges. Her goal in all she does is to help people find peace.
