Franchesca Warren is the creator of The Educator's Room, LLC, where she uses that platform to share resources and tools educators can use to empower them from the classroom. After working in several inner city high schools throughout the nation for more than ten decades, she realized that the true specialists in education (teachers) were mainly being ignored. She made the site visit her website and since 2012 thousands of teachers in order to give a socket to teachers.

Within her decade in education, Franchesca has taught every grade level and nearly every ELA class in high school ranging from struggling readers to Advanced Placement students . In addition she has held numerous leadership positions for example: Grade Level Team Leader Department Chairperson, Curriculum Writer and Workshop Presenter. These experience has provided her a special perspective about the best way to improve schools- allow by enabling them to become experts in their respective fields, effective teachers teach and assist teachers. She holds true about the belief that if you offer teachers the resources to be successful you will not only raise teacher investment but also you enable them to become leaders. Back in 2012 she held loyal to this view by writing (and publishing through her business, The Educator's Space) her initial educational book, "Keep the Fire Burning: Preventing Teacher Burnout."


A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Franchesca enjoys to volunteer in helping young women recognize their worth in her community. In her spare time you can find her loving life together with her three children and husband at the metro Atlanta area and running a sporadic half marathon. She lives by the motto,"Success is failure turned inside out."
