Gary Stallings Reviews

Gary Stallings resides on a farm in Uruguay, South America in which he loves discussing invention and God's love . He and his family moved into Uruguay in 2007 after beginning a nonprofit ministry called Fields of the Fatherless, (www.fieldsofthefatherless.org). Being motivated by a young boy called Mario by a Uruguayan orphanage, Gary chose a notepad and pen, (he's not too significant tech) and also wrote the narrative, "Mario's Golden Locket".

After seeing the way the narrative impacted both kids and grownups, Gary and his wife decided to release the book and began looking for illustrators. Then they had a "Ah ha" moment and realized that the plantation was the perfect place to draw the narrative to life using photography. They even hired their niece, Christen Byrd, an expert photographer, (www.christenbyrd.com) who flew all the way to Uruguay to shoot the book and drink some mate.

The result is a superbly photographed story with an inspiring message of recovery for many ages. It's been discussed in Uruguay and now is offered in the United States through the publishing firm that the Stallings formed.
