Since 1991, Gary David Bouton has authored 25 books covering topics that were different, but they all revolve around a central subject: how does today's person express himself artistically? The author has been illustrating professionally for over 30 years, also Mr. Bouton creates a point to share with readers not simply what a graphics application's tools do, but how they can be utilized to produce whatever is about the reader's mind.

Gary has composed the Inside Adobe Photoshop show, many CorelDraw guides such as The Official Guide, publications online movie editing, 3D modeling, and generating Web content. Gary has completed the Xara Xtreme Official Guide, and co-authoring Photoshop CS4 QuickSteps, due out this fall in McGraw-Hill.

From the spare time he does not have, Gary enjoys writing songs and is an active practitioner of that which he teaches through his novels. The author works with producers creating CGI and other post effects for music videos.
