I am the CTO of enStratus Networks (http://www.enstratus.com), the top cloud infrastructure management vendor for business clouds. Based in Minneapolis, MN, I co-founded enStratus from a company in the middle of moving to the cloud as a spin-off. I had been the key architect of this enStratus software as well as the Open Source Cloud abstraction API for Java, Dasein Cloud (http://dasein-cloud.sf.net).
My professional career began in Hollywood working on TV shows like the People's Court and ESPN Up Close, however my "Internet Career" started in 1991 developing Open Source online gaming applications, specifically the Nightmare and Dead Souls mud libraries. I got involved with Java in 1995 and also wrote my first novel, Database Programming with JDBC and Java.
