Angela penned her first novel at age 11—an epic 10-page adventure involving many princesses, both Yoda and He-Man’s arch nemesis, Skeletor. All six duplicates—meticulously filmed on wide-ruled notebook newspaper—received critical acclaim, although to be honest, her grandma thought it would use more character growth.

After a high school literary career crafting emotionally overwrought poetry, Angela resigned from fiction to study Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado. This was followed by over a decade working in real estate marketing, until she set The Quirky Creative.

She currently writes about careers, health care, company, craft beer, biotechnology, food and a plethora of additional subjects for print and electronic books, small business and other customers around the world. She also provides editing and editing services to many different self-published authors.

If she’s not only removing cats from her computer keyboard, you can find Angela looking for the ideal taco, conducting 5Ks, whipping up first pastry recipes, also hiking the Colorado Mountains with her photographer husband.
