Graham Rice Reviews

I'm a Transatlantic Gardener, I write about gardening and plants from our houses and gardens in Pennsylvania (zone 5) and in Northamptonshire (zone 8) in England. It's both challenging and enjoyableas most of my plants will expand in a few of our houses but not the other!
Initially trained in Kew Gardens in London, perennials and annuals are my particular enthusiasms but all crops attention me. I have printed a number of books on both topics such as the Encyclopedia of Perennials, printed in affiliation with the American Horticultural Society.
I've also written about sweet beans, little gardens, ornamental vegetables and fruits, and more (take a peek at the books in the left) and won awards for writing on both sides of the Atlantic. I'm also a Transatlantic lecturer, my site in TransatlanticGardener.com was runner-up in the Garden Blog of The Year awards and you'll find my Royal Horticultural Society New Plants site at RHSNewPlants.co.uk. Or start at my website GrahamRice.com.
