GREGG KRECH is an author, poet, and one of the leading police on Western Behavior in North America. His work has been featured in THE SUN magazine, Tricycle, SELF, Utne Reader, Counseling Today, Cosmopolitan and Experience Life. His novels include "Naikan: Gratitude, Grace, and the Japanese Art of Self-Reflection," "A Natural Approach to Mental Wellness," "The Art of Taking Action" and "A Finger Pointing to the Moon." His latest book, "Question Your Life," will soon be available in June, 2017.

Krech along with his wife Linda are the creators of this ToDo Institute (http://www.todoinstitute.org), also a non-profit centre in Vermont which utilizes Japanese Psychology as a substitute to conventional Western methods for psychology. Over the previous 25 years, Krech has introduced Japanese direct, especially Naikan Treatment, Morita Therapy and Kaizen, to tens of thousands of individuals through his assignments and internet classes. His work supports a combination of the psychological, the spiritual and the functional based on principles such as function, empathy, mindfulness, compassion and constructive actions. He's a part of the European Naikan Counsel and Editor in Chief for the journal "Thirty Thousand Days: A Journal for Purposeful Living."
