Gregory Lee White Reviews

Gregory Lee White was born in Owensboro, Kentucky in 1967.

He grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky and started writing at the age of nine. “I recall the day was steamy, too hot to play out. The boy throughout the road said 'let us write some stories.' I thought he was sort of swollen, but I tried it anyhow. It stuck."

At the age of twentyfive, Gregory transferred to Nashville, Tennessee. Back in 1998, he became a clinical aromatherapist and discovered to make artisan soap. He and his spouse continue to conduct retail store and the online soap firm, aromagregory.

His book, CLUCKED – THE TALE OF PICKIN CHICKEN was released in 2010 and tells the story of the poultry farming industry by looking at its world through the eyes of a chicken.

More than a decade of expertise in soap making and aromatherapy led to his 2012 publication, MAKING SOAP FROM SCRATCH: HOW TO MAKE HANDMADE SOAP – A BEGINNERS GUIDE AND BEYOND (an Amazon Bestseller in soap making books). His own publication ESSENTIAL OILS AND AROMATHERAPY followed up in 2013 it: HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR BEAUTY, HEALTH, AND SPIRITUALITY.

He credits his mentor, professor and writer Evelyn Thurman, for helping to get his very first short story published in a magazine. When he was only 14, Thurman and he collaborated on puzzle book and a traveling guide, which described the numerous home-sites of author Laura Ingalls Wilder. Out of print for Several Years, White rewrote and published LITTLE HOUSE SEARCH: TOUR AND A PUZZLE BOOK OF THE WORKS OF LAURA INGALLS WILDER in 2013, dedicating it.

“I started out as a fiction writer,” says White. “ when I'm finished with everything I have to mention from #x 2018, & the non-fiction; how-to & #x 2019; celebrity - I &’ll contact the characters in my head. ”
