Anthony W. Robins is a historian and author that specializes in the design of New York City. He has been the winner of a 1997 Rome Prize, and also holds a Masters Degree in history by the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. During a career at the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, he served as Deputy Director of Survey of Research and Director. He's composed for Preservation, New York Magazine, the New York Times, and Architectural Record.
