In 2013 I switched to a vegetarian diet. After making this transition I discovered that it's easiest when you have awesome, easy to make recipes hand. You understand, you have to actually look forward to your veggie meals, otherwise you'll overlook that wheat, haha.

And that's the way the site hurrythefoodup.com was born. With my good friends Dave and Kat we set out to find quite cool recipes which don't call for impossible-to-find ingredients, are nutritious (the protein issue, you understand) and easy to create.

Nicely, and today we are already two-time book authors also! We noticed many of our subscribers weren't certain on the best way to associate a vegetarian diet with losing weight. And that's the way our most recent piece "Vegetarian For Weight Loss" was first born. Dave and I got an incredibly qualified and decorated nutritionist on board and we wrote a part that answers all of your questions and really gets you inspired to kick a few weight (or kg).
