Here is a little about me:

I am a mechanical programmer, author, entrepreneur, speaker and perpetual student (that I enjoy studying). I'm glad to be living! Because I nearly was not...

On my 21st birthday, then I tried to take my own life. Clearly, I messed that up since I’m here. In 2014, I hit rock bottom and had thoughts of stopping it. On paper, I had it all & #x2014; a beautiful wife, two children a house that is renovated and I was seriously depressed and suicidal.

With a wife and 2 children, suicide wasn’t a choice and that I had help, badly!

Now, I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. I find it as the best thing that's ever happened to me while I look back in my insatiable depression in 2014. Why? Because I got the help I needed, and techniques and new advice turned my life around. It wasn’t cheap or easy, but it had been worth it.

My first job is to pass on the information which helped me.
My vision is to help others improve the quality of the life.
