Ivelin Stanchev is a self-taught food carving artist and decorator. Graduated in the Professional Culinary School, he started working as a boxer around the world. His enthusiasm for carving sparked when he fulfilled a few Asian chefs in his job on the Cruise Ships back in early 2000s. He was amazed with their job along with the simplicity of how to flip vegetable or fruit into artwork; and this grabbed his attention. A couple of years after he began to split and soon became an expert artist. With all the fruit and veggies he also carves and sculpts soaps and pumpkins.
