Writing has always been of the utmost importance to me, frequently a means of expressing frustration, anger and despair during terrible times in my life. It was there for the joys and triumphs, a faithful companion through it all that not failed me. I do indeed like to write and have over twenty novels sitting idle in my pc, waiting... I began writing writing under the name of J.C. McGuire, with three historic novels, "My Title is Aelida" Book 1 & 2, ( two part book of Arthurian Briton as well as the strength of a female in a world in which men dominate along with her ancient bloodline is more important than her happiness), along with "Shadow of the Sun", an extremely psychological book of Alexander the Great and his lover Hephaistion. Done from Hephaistion's viewpoint, (we all recognize that he dies in the end) it was the toughest thing I have ever written. I still get tears when I read it. I love every one of these books and really read them as if someone else wrote them!! "Shadow of the Sun" got me to the male/male genre and I started to compose under J.C.Owens. I enjoy writing of the attractiveness of men loving men, in addition to the battle in what a person thinks they need, regardless of what they genuinely should become themselves.

That I really like to hear from my viewers and consistently love comments and suggestions for future books. Sharing a love of reading and good, sexy sensuality between men is obviously a cause for celebration!
