James “Bryant” Neville, Jr. is the Executive Vice President & CFO at Bank of McKenney together with the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the establishment and ensuring tactical objectives and objectives determined by the Board of Directors are implemented effectively and monitored for efficacy. In this role, he supervises the Senior Lending Officer and Chief Operations Officer, and, through those division heads, can establish and evaluate realistic expectations from the top down through all sections of the provider as well as individual objectives for each worker. Moreover, as the CFO, Mr. Neville is accountable for all fiscal, regulatory and Board reporting in a timely and accurate manner. In this capacity, he oversees the Controller that manages the daily balancing and reconciliation functions and the Particular Assets Officer who manages delinquencies, non-performing foreclosures and assets.
Bryant combined Bank of McKenney in July of 1989 to handle to the fledgling computer division. He had been hired by the business’s new President & CEO. The Bank had been the victim of embezzlement by the previous President, along with the establishment was in danger of failing. Linking the management group had been an Operations Officer. Notable is the fact that these three 22 year veterans remain at the helm as the senior management team, also, now, Bank of McKenney has risen from $19 million to $210 million in resources, additional seven branches and is considered as one of the most powerful and well respected institutions by its regulators and peers. Prior to joining Bank of McKenney, Bryant worked in John Tyler Community College in higher education as an instructional assistant.
Mr. Neville acquired his initial associates degree in 1985 in Computer Information Systems at John Tyler Community College in Chester, Virginia. Then he continued to pursue a second degree in
