Jane E. Dutton is Currently the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Professor of Business Administration and Psychology in the University of Michigan.. She works with associations, educates and does research. She studies and writes about how people build high quality connections, how folks craft their jobs, compassion at work (http://www.thecompassionlab.com/) and how they build self-identities which are strengthening. She's a co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations (http://www.centerforpos.org/) at the Ross School of Business.
