The third of four kids and also an introvert from the start, Jason Tesar grew up as a imaginative “mid kid” who appreciated the make-believe planet as far as the real one, maybe more. From adolescence to adulthood, his creativity fed itself to a daily diet of books, movies, and art, all the while growing and maturing—awaiting its opportunity.

In late 1998, Jason made his first attempt at composing, managing to complete a whole scene before returning once again in fact. A year and a half later, a spontaneous nighttime conversation with his wife invited him to take his writing seriously and to keep on dreaming. Over the following seven years, Jason pushed time from the actual world to live in an imaginary one of epic fantasy and science-fiction. The fruits of the labor would later become the first three novels of the Amazon bestselling AWAKENED series.

As a result of extraordinary support of readers from around the planet, Jason continued his trajectory into re Search, jumping from secure work in the microelectronics industry into the mysterious abyss of full-time writing. Living in Colorado along with his lovely wife and two children, he fused the best parts of his favourite genres into tales of internal struggle and triumph, friendship and betrayal, political alliances, and military battle.

Eleven novels and one short story afterwards, Jason’s creativity is just getting started. However, the challenges and duties of this real world are gaining strength, trying to pull him back.
