Jean Reinhardt settled in Clare, reared in Dublin and was born in Louth.

Unable to speak the language but maybe not fearful of a challenge, she transferred with children and her husband , to Alicante, Spain, in which they lived for almost eight decades.

While in Spain, Jean took driving courses (not understanding what was being said for her by her driving teacher, that wasn't English) and three tries were able to pass her check. Now back in Ireland, she is living in a subtropical city in county Cork (she still has her permit( however, hates driving) in which she runs a nail salon.

When not seeing her children and grandchildren, Jean enjoys to read, compose, listen to music, watch movies and take long walks on the shore. Her favorite genres are Youthful Adult and Early Fiction. She also writes poetry and short stories.
