Jen Townsend is author and a studio jeweler. Besides creating jewelry and composing, she has taught at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, The Penland School of Crafts and The Appalachian Center for Crafts, to name a few. Jen served to the Board of Directors of this Society of North American Goldsmiths and is a juried member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.
Townsend's work can be understood in "Showcase: 500 Art Necklaces", "500 Gemstone Jewels" and at "Art Jewelry Today 2". She has exhibited nationally and globally. Her work is also in the permanent collection of The Imperial War Museum in London, England. She works and lives in Pittsford, NY.
