Jeremy Blum Reviews

Jeremy Blum is currently the head of electrical engineering at Shaper, where he's using personal vision to reevaluate how people utilize handheld power resources. Before connecting Shaper, Jeremy has been an outcome electrical architect/engineer for confidential goods in Google [x], such as Google Glass.

Jeremy obtained his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. At Cornell, he co-founded and directed Cornell University Sustainable Design, '' he started a first-of-its-kind entrepreneurial co-working space for pupils, and he conducted robotics and machine learning research.

Jeremy has designed prosthetic hand, fiber-optic LED lighting programs, home-automation systems, 3D scanners and printers, self-assembling robots, wearable computing platforms, along with learning robots. His work has been showcased in international conferences, peer-reviewed books, and also in popular media outlets like The Discovery Channel, The Wall Street Journal, along with Popular Science Magazine. He holds multiple patents.

If not building goods, Jeremy is instructing. His video and written tutorials have been used by millions of people to find out electric technology and embedded software design. His book, Exploring Arduino, has been translated into several languages and is employed as an engineering textbook across the world, including at his own Alma Mater, Cornell.
