Jeannie Zokan grew up in Colombia, South America, in which she read every book she attended. Her love of books led her to study Library Science at Baylor University. She chose her motorcycle to write stories for the newspaper, when the chance came to go south.
She lives ten minutes from the shore with her husband, and two teenaged daughters, and three pets, all of whom maintain her motivated and energetic. She loves holding NICU infants as a volunteer, tennis, also aerial yoga. But there's always writing. Writing to relive, writing to understand, writing to recall, writing to renew.
