Jennifer Luckett was born and raised in Sharon,Mississippi fifteen minutes beyond Canton. Her novels are mostly put in Mississippi or places she's seen, and almost all of her stories and plot lines. Her plots and stories are loosely based on her private experiences that come out from the raw, heart wrenching and at times funny stories that she spins to get her flock of readers. Lots of their stories and Jennifer's characters are inspired by people she has met and known during her lifetime. The trials and tribulations, failures and successes of residing in Milwaukee and Mississippi, Wisconsin offer a foundation for her job.



Jennifer started writing at age fourteen, at least writing seriously. She tracked her background to age five when she read a children's book all the way back in literature . At age two she won a writing competition sponsored by a teacher. She recalls her instructor speaking telling her mum that her daughter had gift. Jennifer was encouraged. A cousin later introduced into lit her and once she started reading urban lit she knew she'd found her passion.



It had been around 2009 which Luckett began to seriously devote to writing her own urban heritage. It was not an easy transition, going into an author from reader. She has had viewers contact, identifying with characters, moving through exactly the exact problems. It. She is motivated by her readers, and are her inspiration.
