Till 15 years old I'd understood all of the fundamental technologies of preparing meals. But I didn't need to discontinue. I was hired to the local cafe since the cook. I had a mentor and also the trainer who'd help me to boost my abilities. I soaked every new item I could figure out. During all of my life I always try to discover something new. I read thousands of novels, I watched millions of movies, and that I took master classes with all the famed chefs all over the world. It constantly amazes me. Even now when I'm the professional chef - I do not stop my growing. I try to share my knowledge and my experience with everybody.
