Amazon home page I hated to see. In 2010 I picked up my very first book in 20 years, which took me three weeks to finish. Ever since then I have plowed through nearly 450 books, 80 audio books and wrote my very first book Go The Distance at 2011 with my co-author; my father. I graduated from University of Cincinnati--served four years in the Navy. Lived in Japan for four years, increased Mt. Fuji and rear packaged all throughout Asia multiple occasions.

In 2012 I rode a bike in Carmel, Indiana to Orlando, Florida on behalf of my friend battling Multiple Myeloma Cancer. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 25 decades. 6 years in a little convenient store through high school and college, 4 years US Navy, 18 years packed ice industry and now in surgeries in the aviation market. Happily married for 16 years to my best buddy, and the proud father of a very active and loving girl. I like giving back to others/ the art of direction along with the craft of understanding/science of consumer service. Folks motto to apply.
