Joe also includes over a dozen novels to his credit score. Convert Your Home to Solar Energy, his latest, was released last year. Joe is the president of Home & Garden Editorial Services (HGES), a business which creates books for publishers at the house, garden and related fields. As editor, he's served before to many national home improvement magazines, including The Family Handyman, Mechanix Illustrated, along with Practical Homeowner. He was also the founding editor of Soccer Jr., the Soccer Magazine for Kids, and a number of other soccer-related magazines.

Joe resides in Bridgeport, Connecticut with his wife MaryAnn, where they have seven children and four grandchildren between them.
