John Dupuy is a native of Texas and grew up in Latin America. John is a veteran of the United States Army, in which he served as a military police officer in Europe. John has a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University in Modern Languages (German and Spanish) and also a Master of Arts degree in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
John has worked in lots of the country's top therapeutic wilderness programs and assisted discovered Passages to Recovery and Open Sky Wilderness Remedy. John has published articles on the topic and is the creator of Integral Recovery. He is an adjunct professor at JFK University and travels nationally and globally to educate and inspire the topic of Integral Recovery.
John is an avid meditator plus a fitness enthusiast. (John actually does the practices he urges.) John is also a musician; he's played the guitar since he was 13 years of age. He is a singer/songwriter with several recordings to his credit and also has a passion for singing and playing the blues.
John is married to Pam Parsons Dupuy, who is a licensed and talented therapist with many years of experience working with addicts and their loved ones. Pam is John's spouse in all his Integral Recovery activities as well as in his work with iAwake Technologies/the Profound Meditation Program.
