John is currently a Senior member of American Society for Quality (ASQ) with over 25 decades of expertise in military, non-profit, along with business consulting. He has an extensive background in communication, education and training, and strategy, change, process, leadership, management, human capital.

An Air Force Veteran and former consultant with the top-rated consulting company, Booz | Allen | Hamilton, John today is the Enterprise Practice Lead for Process Excellence at United Services Automobile Association (USAA). John also owns his own consulting business, Crosscutter Enterprises, which the saw's sharpened because retiring from the Air Force in 2008.

John holds a Master Degree in Quality Systems Management in National Graduate School and is currently an adjunct faculty member together. He's Got a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Smarter Solutions, a Master’s- degree certificate from Georgetown University, and Change Management certification from Prosci.

John is a current Doctoral student with Walden University in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and hopes to graduate from the end of 2017.
