Chef John Moeller is now a member of an elite corps of chefs that have served at the White House preparing très soigné cuisine for Presidents, First Families, as well as their guests, such as visiting Heads of State. Chef to three First Families—President H.W. Bush, President William Jefferson Clinton, along with President George W. Bush, Chef Moeller joined the White House kitchen 1992 as sous chef to Pierre Chambrin and afterwards Walter Scheib, eventually acting as White House Chef in 2005. Over the span of his profession in the White House he concentrated on creating unique and one-of-a-kind dishes which relied upon fresh and flavorful ingredients.
