He discusses reconciliation, culture, race and religion, and has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post and so forth, on CNN, MSNBC. Joshua also leads a new consulting company, Values Partnerships, which assists associations associate to solve challenges.

Joshua graduated from Boston University and Princeton University, and is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He resides in Washington D.C. together with his brand new wife, Michelle and their crazy small puppy, Cinco.
