She's an M.Ed. In English Education, but found that she loathed school the next period than she did first, so she became the Instructional Designer and decided to meld her love of engineering. When not writing posts about the way to fire someone without getting sued or why you should really not apply to jobs using your SexxyStud99@aol.com email address, she writes steamy romance novels which feature grown-up Heroes and Heroines.
