Josh Clark is a designer specializing in mobile design strategy and user experience. He's author of "Tapworthy: Designing Great iPhone Apps" (O'Reilly, 2010) and also "Best iPhone Apps" (O'Reilly, 2009). Josh's outfit International Moxie provides consulting services and workshops that will help design services, media companies, and organizations build websites that are effective and cellular apps, with clients such as eBay and Nokia.
Josh is a regular speaker in international technology conferences, often teaching designers, managers, and programmers about mobile designing and strategy for phones and tablets.
Before the internet swallowed up him, Josh was a management consultant at Monitor Group in Cambridge, Mass, and before this, a manufacturer of domestic PBS programs at Boston's WGBH. He strolled the ranch with Nancy Reagan shared his three words of Russian together with Mikhail Gorbachev, hobnobbed with Rockefellers, also composed questions for a primetime game show. In 1996, he established the uberpopular "Couch-to-5K" (C25K) conducting program, which has helped countless skeptical would-be exercisers take up jogging. (His motto is exactly the same for fitness since it is for applications user experience: no pain, no hassle.)
Josh retains a B.A. in Harvard College in Cambridge, Mass..
