Kamini Desai is the Education Director and curriculum developer of the universities of Yoga Nidra the Amrit Yoga Institute, from the West of one. Considered an authority in the inner sciences of Yoga Nidra, Relaxation and Artful Living, she's author of the acclaimed book, Life Lessons Love Lessons, also is a regular guest speaker and instructor at different institutions for higher learning throughout the United States and Europe. Kamini’s corporate customers have included: Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Sony, Kellogg’therefore, KEDS, Mars Confectionary, along with KPN Telecom along with the Netherlands Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Finance. Her advised Yoga Nidra experiences have been put to use in several United States government facilities. Kamini is currently daughter of one, and earned university degrees in Psychology and Anthropology. Kamini was on faculty of their Foxhollow Leadership Center, and served an executive retreat centre in Michigan, at Yarrow. She is just one of three Founding Directors of the International University of Yoga and Ayurveda together with Vijay K. Jain, MD, along with Shekhar Annambhotla, MD.. Kamini is a part the Editorial Board of this Light on Ayurveda Journal. In 2012, she was awarded the title of Yogeshwari (a girl of yogic mastery) because of her keen ability to bring ancient illumination to the real challenges of their human encounter. She had been featured in the cover of Organic Awakenings (2015) in celebration of National Yoga Month, in Dutch Cosmopolitan, Fit and Healthy Magazine, and also has published numerous articles and videos in the USA and Europe.
