My name is Karen Green. I am a happy wife and a mother. I'm born and raised in San Diego and I recently moved to Cabo.

I've always been inspired to develop as a person and I've dedicated time to educate, motivate and inspire individuals around me to create positive changes in your own lifetime.

I adored food and at a very young age I developed a passion for cooking. As of today I cook my meals and I eat healthy and delicious every day.

That I really like to share my passion with my loved ones and friends. I spend the majority of my time studying about food, cooking, and recently sharing what I've learned over the years about diets, wholesome meals and weight reduction.

My objective is to assist you drop weight easily through simple, delicious and healthy diets that will make you feel and look great.
